Peter Murray

Bds (Principal)

Peter trained at St Barts and the Royal London hospital and gained his dental degree in 1998. He worked in London for a year and then Edinburgh where he completed his vocational training. Peter owned and ran a successful dental practice in Morningside, Edinburgh for 7 years until he had the desire to return to the highlands to bring up his family. Now settled on the Black Isle and enjoying life in Easter Ross Peter is delighted and excited to be setting up a new dental practice in the beautiful seaside town of North Kessock. He is a very experienced practitioner with interests in dental and facial cosmetics and rehabilitation. Restoring a beautiful smile is a passion!

When he’s not in surgery he may be found trying to play better golf or fishing on river and loch.

Linda Best

Bds (Principal)

Linda Best graduated from Manchester University in 2001. She worked for 11 years in Edinburgh and Fife, before moving to the Inverness area with her husband and family in 2012. In 2015 she and her husband opened North Kessock Dental Practice. With over 20 years of experience in general dentistry, she is happy to provide a wide range of treatments including, cosmetic dentistry and Smiletru orthodontics. As a mother of two she has all the attributes for dealing with children and has a special interest dealing with anxious patients, helping those with concerns overcome their fears and making a visit to the dentist a more positive experience.

Mari Dabjen

Bds (Associate)

Mari graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2015. She spent 2 years working in a busy dental practice in Fife. During this time she also expanded her skills working in the Paediatric Dental Department in Edinburgh, helping children feel at ease and enjoy their visit to the Dentist. Mari also worked in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department of Fort Valley Royal Hospital where she developed and interest in oral surgery; in particular removal of wisdom teeth. She gained membership to the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2017 and enjoys learning new skills to improve her patient care.

When she’s not at work she will likely be in the mountains, bagging a Munro or rock climbing.

Ann Greig

Dental Hygienist

Ann started her career as a Dental nurse and went on to train as a Dental hygienist at Edinburgh Dental Institute.

She loves to motivate and support her patients using a gentle approach, watching them steadily improve their oral health.

Tailoring her advice to find something for everyone, she also helps patients understand the importance of oral health in relation to general health.

In her spare time you can find her in the garden or out walking the dog.
